Ever wondered how many people are actually against smoking in public places(are antis)?
The people of Ohio voted on the smoking ban issue. In 2006 there were 11,478,000 people in Ohio. 76% are over 18 = 8,723,280 Smokers are 22.4% of adults = 1,954,015 30% of adults voted = 2,616,984 56% voted yes = 1,465,511 = 16.8% of adults People that are smokers or did not care about issue enough to vote = 83.2% Antis are only 16.8% of adult population in Ohio. The are 25% fewer antis in Ohio than there are smokers!!
