If you're fed-up with government intrusion into our private lives (alcohol, tobacco, weight or so-called obesity, etc.) especially the nonsense and destruction surrounding smoking bans, then discuss/fight smoking bans at the FORCES tavern or go directly to their FORCES homepage. A UK-based group (forcing a Judicial Review of the English smoking ban) is Freedom to Choose, with another great forum for chatting and organizing here.

Sleeping Man Dressed as Zombie Mistaken for Corpse on Train in Germany
FoxNews.com ^ | October 30, 2007 | SkyNews

A drunken Halloween reveller in Germany found his costume was a little too realistic when he fell asleep on a train and was mistaken for a corpse.

Fellow passengers thought the man, who was dressed as a gore-covered zombie, had been murdered and called the police.

Police in the northern town of Bad Segeberg revealed how the 24-year-old had fallen into a drunken slumber on his way home from a Halloween party in Hamburg.

Believing his hands and face were smeared with blood, passengers alerted officers after getting no response from him.

A first aid team which was called to the scene soon cleared up the confusion, however.

Police told the man to remove his make-up, after which he was allowed to continue his journey.

I find all the hype about this custom a little strange in light of the current craze on people's weight. About every TV show I have watched this week included references to this custom. The news teams on the local stations were all excited.

Yet, as in years past I received NO visits from anyone last night. No one was on the street all evening, they required all sex offenders to a meeting, maybe that is why the streets were empty?

Well, it would sure clear the streets in DC. I'm not certain about anywhere else. Big Grin
