It is surprising to me that the attorney's generals of any state can contend that tobacco products kill and manufacturers must replace deceased consumers and at the same time press parents to medicate their children for the benefit of another group of manufacturers. In either case these men/women have no credible evidence that the products benefit or hinder the consumer.
