Anyone care to take up Shrike on this offer? I'd love to see the outcome of 10 non-stop years of SHS vs. 30 min behind a rush hour jammed road truck.

There have already been studies like this. That's why OSHA doesn't restrict smoking in the workplace, but does restrict vehicle exhaust.

Yes, OSHA regulates vehicle exhaust in the workplace (i.e. garages where mechanics WORK).

And that reminds me, James (the nut case who couldn't enter the EPA building without a gas mask) Repace claims ETS cannot be handled by ventillation, but in fact garages and other facilities where combustion engines are run have exhaust systems and ventillation that handles even the deadly amount of carbon monoxide and other substances so the mechanics and other workers don't keel over dead (as anyone who was in an indoor area with a combustion engine running for, say, 30 minutes would normally do).

You seem to liken James Repace (a supposed authority) in the same way I see Roger Jenkins @ the ORNL (a supposed authority). Are both of these men bought and paid for?
