Smoking ban hearings in Summit County Ohio (Akron area)...I'm thinkin' this is never going to end... Guess people never learn from past mistakes... (big sigh....)

Of course not, summer is over and what else do they have to do.

It's strange these people want to insure clean air but never investigate the quality of their ambient air quality. I am from Indianapolis and our ambient air quality has a risk factor of 1.11 vs second hand smoke of 1.19. We had the worst ambient air quality of all this summer and that was before 1.11 was assigned.

If these people really care why not ban power plants and motorized vehicles?
