Many of the comments are about this ban being 'the will of the majority of the people'.

The 2,234,528 YES votes are only 33.4% of the non-smoking adults in Ohio and only 26% of all adults. Eek

So much for a 'majority of the people'!!! Barf

It is kind of like the fact that the majority of men do not experience erectile dysfunction, that is until a drug was produced to combat it.
