Our law firm is investigating the non-smoking policy instituted at certain Marriott timeshare properties. We are interested in speaking with Marriott timeshare owners who have one or more units at such properties and oppose the new policy. Specifically, we would like to know which properties have instituted a smoking "ban" and whether individuals who purchased a Marriott timeshare unit did so before the ban went into effect. Additionally, we would like to learn more about the specific policy in effect at such properties.
