I purchased the Fresh Choice cigarette machine and it worked for a while fairly well and then it did not! I sent it back for repair, my expense, and when it came back, we were able to make almost a carton of cigarettes before it started tearing the tubes, not filling the tubes, etc. I could send it back for more repair, at my expense, but would much rather be able to just get at least some of my $449 back. They refuse to give any money back!
If I could get say $300 back, I would be satisfied, but they refuse! Anyway, Buyer Beware!

Sorry to hear about your bad luck. Maybe if you tell them you're starting to badmouth them on the internet they'll send you a new one. Wink

Squeezer, I really am not out to destroy anyone, but their Take it whether it works to your satisfaction or not is not a good way to build a user group is it? I was willing to take much less than it cost me, but she says they cannot resell it because it is now used. I she would have agreed to take it back and only give me maybe $300 even though I paid $450, I would have just let it go at that. Most places give you time if not happy to return products that you are not happy with. This one does not have a scratch on it and I really don't know why they could not blow any tobacco out of it, make sure it works and resell it.

Being a former service writer in an auto repair shop I have heard my share of complaints. Our policy is/was it's better to eat a few bucks and keep a customer then to get a bad reputation and lose out on future business. In a small town such as mine a bad rep can ruin an auto repair facility real fast. Post an email addy and I'll be glad to flame these crooks for you. I can blog on them too. Just trying to help.
