I don't think smokers and drinkers are real people to this guy. Reduce this tax, reduce that tax, but raise the taxes on alcohol and cigarettes?

I don't know how it'll fly this time around, but he tried to raise it on booze & smokes LAST year, and the state legislature refused, saying they'd just given him an increase the year before . Also, the year they gave it to him, they only gave him less than half of what he wanted. We DO have some true conservatives in Ohio, but the only ones that ever get elected Guv are RHINOS from Cleveland, Cincinatti, or Columbus.
