[Yesmoke takes advantage of a international postal agreement loophole to ship cigarettes from Switzerland to consumers in the USA, as far as I can see it's legal for them to do so. Though, I am not sure if the buyer, would not be in violation of some state laws. With the crackdown on Indian reservation sales ... these folks would be the next target ... because they again are selling tax-free smokes and on a large scale. Seems PM is leading the charge against them rather than the states ... they cannot do much ... other than harass them, which they are doing.]
