I find it incredible, the prices on cigarettes in some states ... more incredible ... is smokers would actually pay them. Besides putting a dent, in your pocketbook .... doing so, just encourages further greed on the part of your state and local politicians to raise taxes again ...
to whatever they think ... they can get ... cheered on by tobacco control advocates.

It's become a well oiled money machine, with years of practise.

Sooooo ... you can buy bulk tobacco and stuff your own, cost under a dollar a pack http://www.cigarettetobacco.com/index.htm or buy Indian brands for ten bucks a carton, http://www.tobaccosource.com/ and if you want to keep smoking the major brands ... surf some ... can find them at 15 bucks a carton http://yesmoke.com/eng/index.asp available to anyone, ordered from your easy chair. And if your really cheap ... you can grow your own in backyard ... if you can grow tomato's ... you can grow tobacco.

Of course, if enough folk's do this, they will attempt to choke off, cheaper distribution channels ... that's ok ... new one's will just take there place. At this point, there is relatively little pressure to impede it, and it tend's to be sporadic .... they have no need ... to many folk's still volunteer to be fleeced.

Thanks for the info. Buying from the Indians not only saves money for the smoker, but it helps improve the finances of the tribes. It's ironic that tobacco (and gaming) may be the salvation of the remaining Indians in this land that once was theirs.
