I was just emailed by one Representaive that part of the cigarette tax would be used to fund cancer prescriptions for people at 300% below poverty level! SWEET! ;

I just love the way politicians give away our (smokers) money, here in Illinois we're building new roads, airports, and other "health" related issues.
