I was watching the C-span polilical channel on tv about the health plan reform the sentor from Montana Max Burcas is in favor of his reform plan..he dosent go into the funding aspects of the reform bill ..we all know that this bill will more enlikely be basted on heavely taxing tobacco to fund the health plan reform bill.... well anyways I cannot beleive a word that he said..other than he is for the schip bill that Bush veto..
