I was just curious. We all know that the persecution of smokers started right here in the soon-to-be CSA (Communist States of America.) Canada followed suit, and now most European countries have as well. How are smokers treated in places such as Japan or South Korea? South America? Anybody know? Are they still like we were 20-30 years ago, or have the bans spread like a cancer to these places, too?
In Singapore, a sterile authoritarian society, where chewing gum is illegal and u get the death penalty for a couple pounds of pot, u can smoke in bars but not restaurants. Starting this July they will have to limit smoking to smoking rooms within a bar. But so far they can still smoke there. Also, black market cigarettes r a big thing over there. Malaysia is still fairly liberal on smoking.
