Madison's mayor is addressing concerns about the city's smoking ban.

There is a poll....
http://nbc15.madison.com/news/headlines/1765057.html

"As we first told you, businesses we spoke with say they have seen a sharp drop in business compared to this time last year, and they say the smoking ban is the reason. After seeing the figures, one alderman says he's now against the ban, and wants to retract it."

Wel, well...What do you know? An ACCURATE, TRUTHFUL poll for a change. As said many times, the results all depend on the wording.

I used to have compassion, but they legislated it and taxed it out of existence.

I didn't see anything about a poll on there about the smoking ban.

BTW, the mayor's an A-Hole.

No, James.A different poll.
Many people said that they would attend hospitality businesses less often with a ban in place.

No, I meant the same poll in the upper right hand corner of the page, but a different question. I guess I said it wrong. LOL

At first I thought I had missed part of the article talking about a scientific poll. I think it was Dave's post that made me think that.

Now get out of my state and go back to Canada. Big Grin
