I was out last night with friends at my fav bar, when I saw a familiar face there...why it was officer joe (name changed to protect identity), and he had a lit cig in his hand. He was out of uniform, but you know that cops are on duty 24 hours a day . yet it was nice to know that he was giving a middle finger to the law. tehehehe.
btw...a lawsuit is in progress, although we're not sure how it goes. the average anti is upset that our bar is not "following the law", the bar is following every part of the law to a tee. yet when we tell them to "go call 911" on a smoker, they retreat.
