A bench warrant was issued for his arrest because he did not show up in court for a ticket he was issued for smoking outside in Burbank. Yes, folks, a bench warrant for his arrest.

Funny how the gossip site, TMZ has details, but the AP article is clueless as to why he was ticketed. I've seen the article posted on other sites and most posters can't believe Burbank has such a stupid law.

I hope this article is plastered all over the place so people can see how ridiculous and out of control the anti's have gotten.

monday night st patricks day i called the santa monica police to inform them people where smoking outside an irish bar to see what they would say they said they would send someone around in 20 minutes you think its a good or bad idea to do this ?

That is a bad idea.

Shia LeBeouf, btw, for those who don't know, is an actor. He was the main character in the movie "Transformers" and I believe in another recent film called "Disturbia". He plays second fiddle to Harrison Ford in the upcoming "Indiana Jones and The Castle of The Crystal Skull".

Bad idea - If you are striving for civil disruption then call them for people outside of an Anti-Smoking Charity - say Center for Tobacco Free Kids or ASH.
