I watched the antis add vote after vore during the day.
The final tally was.

71.3% for the "no" side.
28.7 for the "yes" side.

The Vancouver Province newspaper is usually very anti-smoking biased.

Oddly enough, they also issued an editorial the same day that the poll results were published.
In it the writer admotted that there are bigger"fish" to fry than banning outdoor smoking.
It went on to say, that smokers and the hospitality business owners had already been marginalized enough with indoor smoking bans.
And that they had spent alot of money in order to accommodate smokers in outdoor settings.
The editot made another comment about how indoor smoking bans had given non-smokers protection from and a choice.
And that non-smokers should be more tolerant towards smokers who have already been banished to the "Great Outdoors.

It was shocking to read this story in such an anti-smoking biased rag.
